We hereby officially start the countdown to a new season of CSI on Wednesday, September 25 \o/ Let's kick off with a challenge for artists...

We need a new banner for our episode discussion posts and we want YOU to design it! Go on: join in and fiddle with Nick and Greg, we know you want to;)

A week before the new season starts we'll present all the entrees anonymously in a poll, so the community can vote for their favorite. The winning banner will be used in all the discussion posts for season 14!

in order to get ready for a new season of Curious Stokes & Sanders' Investigations we have some challenges for all of you! We will countdown together to Wednesday, September 26 \o/

LURKERS & READERS
Let's get this place thriving with fanfic, fanart and as much Nick/Greg love as we can and leave a prompt in the comments. This could be one word, a quote, lyrics, an image, an old scene from CSI that's missing something or is in need of a follow up, a kink or anything else you can come up with as inspiration for our authors and artists:)

AUTHORS
We want stories to link S12 to S13! You can use the prompts in the comments or the scenes down below as inspiration to write a drabble (0-100 words), a ficlet (100-500 words) or a short story (up to a 1000 words).
You can share your story in response to the prompt you chose or post it in the community. Please add the tag countdownS13 so we can put it on our masterlist of fics on Sunday September 23.

ARTISTS
Last but definitely not least: we need a new banner for the Season 13 discussion posts and we want YOU to design it! Behind the cut you find technical information, screencapsites and previous banners as examples.
Requirements for the banner
Size = 400 x 200 pixels | Format = jpg or png
Text = CSI: Season 13 Nick & Greg scenes + subtext

Below we offer a couple of screencaps from Season 12 that you can use. Of course you are allowed to capture other recent Nick/Greg moments if you want. To avoid spoilers we ask you NOT to use promo-pictures from season 13.
