Fic serach please

I am new to this pairing and just looking around. I havent read too much of them.

Im wondering if there are any stories about them keeping their relationship a secret. And do a good job of it too. But any of it works if you have it. Also if there is any just really good fics out there in general. Id really appreciate it. Ive looked at WMTDB. There are a lot there but not quite sure where to start. Any help please! Sorry bout the ramble.

Anything by geekwriter (especially One Good Man) and Catlover2x (especially the Greg Sanders, Private Dick Series). That's all I can think of right now because I'm really tired. It's a good start though! GSPD is AU but really in character and there is some hiding of the relationship since it takes place in 1948. Happy readings! (Both can be found on wmtdb)

In addition to the authors mentioned above, I'd also recommend Kennedy's stuff, which can be found here: http://www.nickandgreg.com/desert_archive/viewuser.php?uid=412 My favorite fic from her is called "Don't Fence Me In". It's long, but it's like a good book: You can't put it down until you're done. :)

Also, I really like Saras_Girl. You can find her stuff here: http://www.nickandgreg.com/desert_archive/viewuser.php?uid=1073 Both "Now That You Mention It" and "After You Were Mine" are great reads.

Well, I know he was working on a follow up for the Lost Tribe of Samartia*, the last thing he posted was a short fic in that same universe (So This Is How It Is (http://community.livejournal.com/nickngreg/890474.html) (two parts;).
But I think he got distracted by another fandom (Dr. Who) and on top of that there was also that interview with George Eads that kind of made us all cringe -and fall a little out of love- that may have killed the muse. (I'm probably projecting that last part;)

Still: there is an awesome collection of fic to enjoy. We always have the desert to play in:)

Heh. Well, maybe it's how you interpret the interview, but according to myself and the people I discussed it with, George came across as a little too eager to show he is a manly man, dammit. Whatever that may be. It's mostly the words he chose to emphasize this that annoyed me.
