Yup, first I make a pencil sketch, then I scan, then comes THE PHOTOSHOP, YEEY *coughs* khm... The editing part is rather fun, tho I like the sketching itself better :D I use "remove noise" to give it the digital feel, and color balance for the bluish look :D As for the text balloons, I use Comic Life (I work on a Mac) :3
