Title: Clean Leather

Summary: Nick has the day off and decides to clean. During which he finds a suprise.

This has nothing to do with the story, but i was just watching "Turn of the Screws" on Spike. And Nick looked straight at Greg and said (when he's supposed to be talking to Grissom) "No one tampers with their sex machine." It got me inspired.

Nick Stokes knew that only a few things really mattered in life. Truth, justice, happiness and sex. If all went according to plan, Nick would be getting plenty of that last bit later that night.

Nick had spent all day cleaning. He had managed to get the day off. His boyfriend, Greg Sanders, had not. Nick had noticed Greg feeling a little tense over the past few weeks. Greg had had a long sting of hard cases and very little downtime to unwind. Nick couldn’t bear to see the love of his life so depressed. He loved Greg, but he missed the happy-go-lucky Greg that he had first fallen for. Greg had gotten too serious lately and Nick was worried it would negatively affect Greg. Nick was going to make this a night Greg would never forget. Well, an early morning Greg would never forget, if he wanted to be exact.

So Nick had cleaned their apartment from top to bottom. He vacuumed, dusted and chased down dust bunnies the size of cattle. He was most surprised however when he found Greg’s porn. Now, Nick was no prude, he had his share of sexual kinks, but some of the things in Greg’s porn box was a little much. But something was wrong. His porn was dusty. Nick was shocked. Regardless of the orientation, no man’s porn should ever be allowed to get dusty. Greg’s favorite copy of Scuba Sex Monthly was starting to crumble! Nick knew what he had to do. He had to break the cardinal rule of the male gender and organize his boyfriend’s porn.

The cataloguing of the catalogues had taken the better part of the day. Nick had no idea Greg was such a connoisseur. As Nick cleaned off the last copy of Leather Chaps and Fuzzy Handcuffs Quarterly, Nick had an idea. He ran to his closet and dug through the drawers. Perfect! He still had them! Hoping his late night burger binges hadn’t been permanent, Nick sat down on the bed and got ready for Greg’s arrival.

A little while later, as Nick was reading an article in Lube, Lube and More Lube, he heard the door open.

“Hey, Nick! I’m home! I had this weird case today and – holy shit! Did you clean in here?”

“Don’t act too surprised, Greg. Just come in here, I need to show you something!” Nick called from the bedroom, his accent as thick as he could consciously make it.

“Ok, but you know how I feel about surprises. The last time I was told to ‘come here’, Sara dumped a bucket of water on my head and Ecklie made me clean it up with paper towels.”

“Greg, shut up and get in here.”

“Fine, fine! This had better be good. Holy crap! You look -- those pants make your ass -- You have no idea what leather does to me. Wait, how do you know? Nick! Did you move my porn?”

“Yes, now hurry up, get into bed and get me out of these things, they’re starting to chafe.”

Nick had positioned himself as seductively as he could, which, Greg realized, was pretty damn seductive. In what seemed like one motion, Greg tore off his clothes and dove into bed. It was definitely a night Greg wouldn’t forget.
