Question to all those long time Lj users: How do I x-post to several communitied? (Say, NickNGreg and CSI Slash, NickNGreg and CSIcons) Thanks!

As far as I know you have to do it manually. Post to one comm, then the next, then the next, etc. Although, if there is actually a way to post to all of them at once, let me know.

I do it through this program called semagic. I highly recommend it. If you download the version from October 2003 (just google semagic, when you get to the actual site, there should be a list of different versions). It works like the update journal part of lj, but has all the codes and stuff so you don't have to remember everything. You can also edit previous entries really easily. At the bottom of the screen it says which journal or community you're posting to and it has a drop down arrow so you can change where you're posting to. Basically, once you have this you have to post it to one place, then go into edit last entry, copy and paste back to the current semagic and change where you're posting it. It's quick and easy.

Thank you! I just downloaded Semagic and was actually seeing everythign it could do, and it looks as though I'll love it very soon. :)
