Dec. 26th, 2004 11:25 amI must of gone insane. Me, writing fluff. I write angst, lotsa angst. Fluff and me haven't gone together since I got over my nine year old Harry/Hermione 4eva! phase.

notes: To make up for the current angst, and for my daddy's hate of the Cowboys.
summary: Greg had to laugh while Nick watched football, salivating at the screen.
Greg had to laugh at how worked up Nick was getting.
He was sitting on their sofa, biting his nails, staring intently at the television.
There was such a concentration on his face as he watched the ball go back and forth, sucking in every breath slowly as things replayed again and again across the screen.
Then suddenly, he jumped up furiously saying "Damn!" and the score flashed. Miami 28, Dallas 24.
Nick started to shout how lousy the Cowboys coach was, and how he'd like to give him a piece of his mind. Apparently, Miami had been sucking like crazy lately, and they had beat his beloved Cowboys.
Greg didn't watch football, and didn't like it very much, but seeing Nick get worked up like this was priceless.
Nick had now turned his attention on him, murmuring things like "Miami didn't even have any of their starters in! Did you see that snap? That was such a flag, the referees are idiots. Miami shouldn't of won. There's no way they could of won!"
Greg grinned, and Nick looked at him. "What? You're happy about this?"
Greg shook his head as Nick went into another angry tirade about what an idiot Bill Parcells was.
"I love you," Greg said quietly.
Nick stopped mid-sentence, giving a Huh? look.
"Oh, right. Sorry. I love you too."
