New Vid, and ya'll thought I did angst before MAWHAHA!!

OK, I heard this song today from coming home to pick William up from school. Nevre heard of it before, and Thank God they mentioned the title and artist or I wouldn't have had a clue. But it struck me in a way, like "I HAVE GOT to do a Nick/Greg vid for this song" and me being the patient person I am, decided it had to be today once the idea struck me. Now the interesting part, it is angst bit time , and this is probably my first video that I believe really tells a story, I mean, seriously people, now that I have this, I could write a fic from the story it tells. And it's not my usual Nick/Greg, there's another involved ( I said there was angst and I wasn't kidding)

Thanks, glad you liked it. I heard it on the way home and I was so glad they said the Group and title cause I had to find it as soon as I got home. It is called "A Different Kind of Pain" by Cold. I downloaded it from Walmart.com So, you know, I hear this song and this video starts rolling in my head, and for the first time, I plug in the video clip and work them around the song, I wanted it to be like, Nick's thinking back, to one more night into the tape, and then they couldn't handle the pain, Nick couldn't get over it, and Greg closed off cause he couldn't help, both in pain, thinking back to the good times, but "Is there something else holding you" and I bet I surprised you all by throwing Sara in there, and at the end, Nick and the wave, almost looking back to see if Greg was still there, he could do it if Greg was there with him, but is he still?

Sorry so long, and from my LJ, I've had a few requests about writing this now. It was the first time I made a video thinking, it's a story in a song. So glad you liked it.

Ah, I could cry, I haven't been bribed for fic in so long, you all haven't forgotten about me.......

I just loved that song and it played out entirely in my head, and the only person who could be the other was "Sara" cause Greg just can't cope with the guilt of not saving Nick,and Nick just is having trouble moving on period, watching Greg slip away from him, holding another, remember the moments they shared that seemed to trivial but now mean everything, I will have to try and develope a story for this. oh god, so many favorite parts to this video!!! now, to be honest, i'm not really a video person, b/c i have this thing where i try to figure out what the characters are saying and i end up trying to lip-read nick and greg, which is kinda weird and usually doesnt have anything to do with the song (oo long explanation, srry). anyway, i watched this vid b/c i wanted to read the sequel fic lol. i looooovvvveeeeed it! far too many parts of it moved me, but my 3 favorite parts are a) in the very beginning, when the lyrics just come in, and it looks like greg is saying 'before i let you go' along with the song and he looks so forlorn and sad, looking off to the side and all that; b) the part where it looks like they're both sitting down and talking face to face (nice editing there dearie!); and c) in the middle-ish of the vid when it looks like they're facing each other (both wearing striped shirts) and nick clearly says 'i'm sorry' and then greg gulps and looks sooo uncomfortable... ahhh looooved it!!!

Thanks, this was definitely the hardest editing job I've ever done. Yeah,I know some people get busy thingig "What were they saying there" but I'm glad you went ahead adn watched it, cause to really get the fic, the vid is like it's own set up in a weird way, since I never really planned to write a follow up, but now it's done, I think it's my favorite thing I've done.
