after listening to this radio interview with Josh Berman (did I get his name right?) and hearing the kinds of comments that people called in to say, I REAALY think that all of us greg fans need to leave some positive Greg feedback on cbs.com/csi (on the bottom where it has that little text link titled "feedback"). because all of the callers were like "we want more sara backstory" "we all want more sara/grissom!" and so on.

so I think we need to keep reminding CBS of all of the people who love Greggo and want to see more of him (and that we arent all just holding out to see if grissom and sara end up together, because...maybe its just me, but I could care less if they end up together)

and maybe also that we miss Gregs kookiness and wierd shirts and could we maybe get a backstory for him? (and please may it be angsty but not in a cheesy "oh give me a break" kinda way)

oh...and maybe let them know too that you dont like the new format changes because a new character means less time spent on our regular characters (i.e. less Greg). plus it makes it harder for nick and greg to make sweet love because they now have different schedules

Hey, do you know where I might be able to hear or read a copy of that interview? I'm curious to know what happened.

Thanks! I enjoyed, now I just have to go give some feedback about Eric needing more screen time with George!

The Nick/Greg camp of the CSI fandom is very, very small. Very small. And the GSR camp is so freaking large it's not even funny. Trust me when I say, you'd probably be a lot happier ignoring the CSI boards. I know I am.

Yes, although, it totally, totally connects to Nick's personality. His hero complex. His intimacy/relationship issues. It's actually the reason good Nick/Greg writers don't write Nick as a bottom (with any kind of frequency). Caroline meta's on this better than I do, but yeah, it's a key point, even though it only comes up once, and something most N/G people hold as sacred. (plus it totally validates how fucked up Nick/Grissom is, and that's one of my squick pairings that makes me want to kill people)

/ramble.

Forget not the Grissom/Greg-ness.

Dude. Greg's the youngest there. If Sara/grissom's a stretch...WHAT THE HELL?!

That pairing makes my stomach go "Ew" and spew gastrointestinal fluids all over the TV.

*nods* I'll admit there are some question parts like the "You make me nervous." but that's a tribute to greg's honesty and grissom's scientificness.

>.< And yeah. It's just...wrong.

i might be slow on the uptake but what episode was it where they talked about nick being molested and is there a link where i can read an episode recap or something like that. it's sad but sometimes forces beyond my control prevent me from catching every csi episode.

It's in Season Two -- "Overload" is the episode title. There is a recap on http://www.televisionwithoutpity.com .

While more backstory really isn't a bad thing... I agree, too much time is taken up on Sara's problems. She already had angst, unrequited love, alcoholism... did she really need a dark, horrible past?

Couldn't we have a nice, juicy backstory for... I dunno... GREG?! Whom we know next to nothing about?! (We know he has Papa Olaf... and I think that's it.) *petitions*
