Okay, there's a picture of Nick and Greg that I am completely obsessed with (because hey, I'm weird like that), and I have no idea what episode it's from. Under the cut is the picture. Could anyone tell me what the friggin' hell is going on in that pic and what episode it's from? Thankies.

See? Very pretty, but also elusive. When did this happen?

It's from 'Abra Cadaver'...and is one of my favourites too :)

I'm pretty sure that's Abra Kadaver from the third season. The main storyline's about magicians, but Nick and Catherine's case has to do with a dead rocker.

I love that cap so much.

That's from Abra Cadaver, Season 3 episode 5. That's also the episode for the famous 'I Love You' sign Nick gives Greg, so beautifully presented in quettaser's comment above.

In that particular cap, Greg is searching the internett for info on Nick and Catherine's dead rocker, and Nick comes in to see how he's doing.

Could someone explain to me the 'I Love You' sign thing, please? I know it's the sign that Nick does to Greg with his hand, but I don't quite get it =S

Look at [livejournal.com profile] quettaser comment above. Her icon portays the 'I Love You' sign that Nick does. Explains it better than any words does

Sorry, seems I didn't read your entire comment at first. I think it's sign language, not quite sure

The thing is that first Greg gives Nick the "rock on" sign as he's about to walk away--this is when you hold down your middle and ring fingers with your thumb, leaving only your index and pinky up. Nick responds by giving a sign back, but careful viewers have noted that Nick actually makes the sign for "I love you" in American Sign Language--index, pinky, AND thumb up (which, as already mentioned, you can see in [livejournal.com profile] quettaser's icon.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the dialog or who else was standing there (Catherine?), but it's very funny. I wonder if it was intentional...but I suppose we'll never know. :-)

Lol. Nick probably has hidden feelings for Greg. Have you seen the way he smiles at him for God's sake? Now I'm getting all hot and bothered thinking about that smile *has a daydream*.

Hey-I always wondered about this too...is it sign language? Why has it been taken as "I love you" does anyone know? (Apart from the obvious!!! ;-))

I can answer that :) It is sign language, yes, and it's a combination of the letters "I," "L," and "Y."
