I'm new

Hope I'm not committing a serious breach of etiquette here, but I thought I would introduce myself. I've just got on to Livejournal and I'm still finding my way around a little. I've been reading Nick/Greg fics for some time now, haven't actually gotten around to writing one yet, but I plan to give it a go in the near future. I post fics on Fanfiction.net as well, under the pen name Waiting for my Soulmate. I'm always happy to make new friends *smiles winningly*
Can't really say this now without sounding like a real suck up, but what the hey : I've read some of the fics posted on this board in other places and I think they're brilliant!

Oh, not a breach of etiquette at all dear (at least I don't think it is :-P)! Now, posting a long meme or a story not under a cut would be, but not introducting yourself! Hey, and flattery always smooths the way :-) Glad to have you on board, new members are always welcome!

And if you have any questions about how to use LJ, just ask here on this comment page-- I had a bitch of a time learning how to use LJ at first so I know how annoying it can be :-)

lol, thanks...I didn't learn how to tie my shoes like that either. I had the concept for the icon in my head and, I was asking all my friends if they knew any shoe tying rhymes. No one did. I finally just googled it and ended up with that one.
