Is anyone else reading OFUCSI? That's "Official Fanfiction University of CSI, for those of you who have no idea what I'm blathering about.

It's highly entertaining, mostly because it's making fun of really bad writers, and fairly neutral as far as pairings go.

And believe it or not, the slashers aren't the most insane ones! (I'm a slasher and I'm used to us being the "weirdos" of fandoms, so I speak from experience.)

If you have no sense of humor about your fandom, please, please! don't read this. For those of you who can laugh at yourselves, go for it!

I also highly recommend the OFUM--Official Fanfiction University of Middle-Earth. Highly entertaining. Google and ye shall find. I'm not even that big into Tolkein, and I about died laughing.

Oh my god, I can't wait for that chapter. I've only written a very small amount of slash. I got some good reviews, but I always wondered if people were just being nice.

I just read all the posted chapters and holy crap is that funny. I have this problem where if I start reading a fic, no matter how bad it is, I have to keep reading it so this was just priceless.

Aw, man, and just after reading this, I came across a fic that was TEXTBOOK send-'er-to-OFUCSI drivel. Sara sleeps with all the boyos during a drunken tumble, gets pregnant, tells Grissom that she wants to have an abortion so she can have his baby as God intended. Grissom immediately is all "Okay, baby, let's do this I love you so much". Catherine is painted as a mega-bitch by Sara because she got pissed that Sara slept with half her staff. I swear, I was looking for the "Term paper for OFUCSI's Realistic Relationships 101" I SWEAR. Heheheheheh.

Oh my god, that is toooooo funny! I once read a Nick/Greg piece that ended everything, everything with and exclamation point.

'Hey Greg want to go get some coffee?!'
'Sure! You know I love coffee!'

(not an actual line, but that's exactly what happened.)
