Drabble: Thunder.

Hiii!
Ok this is my way of apologizing gor being non-existant
in the Nicky/Greggo fandom. A small ficlet inspired by the
storm going on outside my bedroom window.

Thunder.

All Nick could think of while he was underground was the sound of thunder.
Memories of his father’s voice booming when he was told Nick wasn’t going to law school.
The sound of Morris Pearson falling through his ceiling.
His own fists hitting the side of his dark, plastic prison.
His heart pounding at the thought of what he was leaving behind. Leaving Greg. Imagining the blonds tears fall down his face at Nick’s funeral. He can’t give up.
Now huddled in bed with Greg he realises he’s safe, he’s home and there is always the calm after the storm.
