I was seriously worried about this episode. I try to avoid spoilers, but I already knew about Sara and Greg being in quarantine after a possible contaminated crime scene. This was very déjà vu: I was so pleased to see they referred to that mold case in S05Ep19 (4x4) Continuity for the win!

Sadly no direct scenes with our guys together, but we at least got them communicating on screen, aaahw. "My two favorite people", oh Nick. I also really loved the expression on his face when he talked to that other patient about "his friends". *clutches heart*

Not sure about the comfy sweatpants, but I adored that black V-neck on Greg. Still not liking Nick's beard, but I did get a little hot under the collar from his sweaty neck, unf.
