Hello everyone,

We're almost there, almost in 2014 (or maybe you're already there, in which case, happy 2014! :D)! How are y'all doing during the CSI hiatus?
So, because it's hiatus, and because it has been a while, we thought it was time for another Comment meme to kill the time until there are new episodes. Yay! :D

Ohhhhhh, you did this just for me didn't you! :P~

Okay, I've noticed in the last couple seasons Nick looks like he really needs to get laid, and seeing as when I have time to watch CSI it's after 1AM my mind instantly screams "Greg's not doing his job!!!!"

So, tell me ladies and gents, why is Greg neglecting his Nicky related duties and (hopefully) how they fix it?

In S10E14 Unshockable, Nick says that ridiculous line about "Just because I'm from Texas doesn't mean I like country music."
Sorry as a Southerner, who spent her life insisting she severely disliked - read hated - country music, I know for a fact how false this statement is. It's in our blood no matter how much we fight it.

So, I was thinking something along the lines of Greg taking issue with Nick's statement. Perhaps playfully pointing out his hidden stash of Tim McGraw or Blake Shelton albums, or dragging him to a country bar (are there country gay bars cause that would be even funnier esp if it was pre-slashy with Then (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=86IzjB3mmW0) by Brad Paisley involved- not saying songfic, unless that's your thing, merely involving). Just something (romantic, schmoopy, silly, just something happy for the New Year) to prove Nick was wrong.

I shall shut up now and crawl back into the ooze from wince I came.

Sometimes Nick remembered the days when Greg was still working in the lab, when his face was the first one he sought out to get his evidence tested. Nowadays, he didn't even get to partner up with Greg in the field much, with both of them being senior CSIs.

Maybe it was time to admit that Nick missed Greg.

Maybe it was time he did something about that.

It's a hot, hot, hot day in Las Vegas and Nick and Greg don't have to be anywhere except their condo. Which has air condition. And a fridge full of ice.

They say what you do on New Year's Eve is what you'll be doing for the rest of the coming years. Well, Nick would like to do Greg, if that would be alright with everyone.
