Great moments in all of them (although I could have done without seeing Nick eating a fly in The Graveshift, even if that was obviously a silent dare from Greg - look at his face!)

I gave my vote to Leave Out All The Rest, for -once again- uncomfortable Nick *smishes him* but also because of the reference to Lady Heather. Oh yeah.
