Classic Episode Discussion: S8Ep17
Jan. 15th, 2012 11:16 pmS8Ep17 - For Gedda
The last episode of season 8 didn't qualify for the final poll of greatest Nick/Greg moments. But that doesn't mean it isn't squee worthy! After all the Warrick drama, we were treated to this wonderful scene between our guys. Come and chinhand with us?
01.
The team is out for breakfast to celebrate Warrick's release. They are joking and laughing. Notice how close Nick and Greg are sitting? :)
02.
Greg is looking at Nick like he's the awesomest thing in the world. (Can I get a collective Aaaaaaaaaaaahw? ;-)
Here's what we saw next...
03.
Nick: [Still laughing about the joke Catherine was telling] What?
04.
Greg: Nothin'.
05.
(Nick's probably thinking about how much he's gonna miss him when Greg's off to LA to meet with publishers about his Mob book;)
06.
After Nick agrees with Catherine about the low quality of the food in the diner...
07.
...the waitress interrupts the ongoing banter and Nick acknowledges her and says "Thank you", 'cause that's how his momma raised him.
08.
After that he goes straight back to staring at Greg and his mind is clearly wandering off again...
09.
Because when Warrick catches him gazing at Greg...
10.
... Nick is completely oblivious to Warrick reaching out...
11.
Warrick to Nick: You still there?
12.
Nick: Huh? Yeah.
13.
Heh. Busted:)
FYI: edited for Warrick's face in the background;)
14.
But Greg doesn't mind at all. (We suspect he thinks it's adorable;)
We know in the past there has been some speculation about the distracting waitress, but we clearly saw how Nick only had eyes for Greg and we think we made our point. :-p Discuss!
Of course Greg ended up NOT going to LA after all, but that's a different story altogether (See next episode S9Ep1 and also S9Ep19)
