S9Ep11 The Grave Shift
Only a few of you were inspired by the two- and threesome moments we offered in last week's classic episodes. Maybe these scenes from Season 9 that happened in between, speak more to the imagination: Nick is showing off in public, but inside the lab he's almost shy when he offers to share his office. We wonder how Greg is feeling about all these different sides of Nick...


I. The shift starts relatively innocent at the scene of the crime,
with Nick subtly offering a lovely view...

Greg: No, I’m not.

Catherine: Oh, that job is punishment enough. I actually feel sorry for Ecklie. You like burnt toast, Ray?
Langston: Occasionally. But I’ve seen enough charcoal for one day.

Nick: What?

{*headdesk* I can't believe he did that}

III. Back at the office Nick apparently feels he has to make up for his earlier behaviour:

Greg: You sure you’re okay with this?

Greg: You can still change your mind.

[OS] Riley: No he can’t.
{He doesn't want to *g*}

[OS] Riley: I said I’d kill for an office, and I meant it. Even a shared one.

Greg: Well, this is a very classy move, Nick.

Greg: Very classy.
Riley: Seriously.

Nick: Oh, well you’re welcome.

Nick: There is good energy in here, it’ll be nice to share it.

*Hodges walks in and out without giving them any notice*

Hodges: This belongs here.

We already knew Nick will eat anything but this was quite unexpected. Ehw. *Did Greg silently dare him into doing that (#14)? Thoughts please! (And an ahw for that final scene;)

#25: Nick's thoughts...

I want this, Greg. I want this more than anything. This is our chance...chance to ease everyone into the idea that we are an "us."

Us.

Who would have ever thought that Nick Stokes would be half of an "Us," and better yet, someone else so amazing would be the other half. Huh.

(Hears Greg's footsteps carry him away from the room)

Greg...

Greg, is definitely amazing. And wonderful. And sexy. And all those things I never thought I could have. And now, all those things are gonna be available a little more every day.

Yep, this office is gonna be perfect.

Ahw, so many thoughts in his head and all of them sweet;) Nick does seem to be the one to overthink things, so I consider him wanting to share his office a big step indeed.

Even though we've already established that Nick and Greg were in a relationship a long time before this scene, and moved in together YEARS ago, wouldn't it be cute, if Nick had just asked Greg to move in with him and this whole 'you can still change you mind' and the 'very classy' line were both about Greg ACTUALLY moving in with Nick. Cuteness! <3

First scene: It's okay Greg, you can stare at Nick's fine behind, I am too! :)
Second scene:By the way Greg is laughing, I bet it was a dare, don't know what for, but it was!
Third scene: I always loved that scene, which was before I started to slash the boys together, and I always wondered after Riley left did Nick and Greg still share that office? If they did, ooh boy, lots of kinky stuff went down in there!
Can't say enough about how cute they both look in the last scene, awesome scene indeed.
