We had to wait two weeks for tonight's new episode. We can only hope TPTB treat us with as much to talk about as the previous Nick & Greg adventure, because according to our information, we're gonna have to wait another two weeks for the next one...

What the hell can you say??? This epi kinda sucked! Nick encouraged Greg to get her #, and then stood waiting to say "I told you so!" Jealousy ran upside Nick's head and stayed there!

Gotta say, I expected more from Dita, and Greg seemed really out of character. Also, I wanted more burlesque. Much, much more burlesque.

If you look at the cuff of the jacket he's wearing, it's the same jacket Greg wears in the scene when Grissom infects his feet with mildew in "Let The Seller Beware".

OMG. I'm mortified on behalf of the actors for having to act in this episode. Dita's acting was... :/ and it was a massive walking cliche for Greg's character, as a lover of classic noir and old Las Vegas.

As for Nick, he was an ass...pushes Greg to get her number, then can't wait to get the "I told you so" out when it goes sour.

All-in-all...the episode wasn't that great. :(

I want to scream!!!!! I was expecting so much more. It would have been nice if we could have at least seen the kiss, not just a blur!

And Nick's baseball analogy? I wish it would have just gone over poor Greg's head. Then at least he would not have been made a fool of!

Was it just me? Or, did it seem like both Catherine and Nick were throwing out the "I told you so"s?

Poor Greg :( I sure hope rusty_the_train and hiddenmuse put a smile back on poor Greggo's face ;)

Yes. Nick was much harsher. I just didn't like the way Catherine eyed him when his phone rang while they were at the lab (when they found out the first burn guy died). They all assumed it was her!

So... it's possible that I lost track of time watching Inception with my family and I missed the episode... *cough*... So, I ask you guys, is this one I should visit online? Hearing mixed reactions and I'm totally not sure what I want to do. :/

Inception has a LOT of Arthur/Eames hints of Slash. "Darling" from Eames. Arthur and his "MERRY CHASE". *looks around* I think Nolan has put subliminal stuff in the movie to make you watch it over and over.

The story line of the whole Vagas Legend thing was kind of cool, and there were a few LOL moments from our favourites (oh superdave, how I heart you so) but everything else. No. Just, no.

Well... I'm actually kind of glad my internet decided to die back home, and I didn't bother trying to roam around the city to steal free WiFi just to watch the episode.

Not sure if I'm gonna bother trying to download the episode using my college's crappy WiFi if the episode is as bad as everyone is making it out to be. How disappointing. =/

I too was wondering what to do and am glad I didn't postpone or avoid watching. I wasn't disappointed; I quite liked the puzzle and Greg's state of mind. And if you are worried about messing up the Nick/Greg fanon there is plenty of opportunity to write it off as OOC if you wish to do so;)

My first thought was "I didn't know Nick was so open minded" *g*

I loved Greg being all adorkable, but was especially thrilled he saw through her visit to the lab immediately.

I can totally disregard this for Nick/Greg fanon because of the obvious missing scene at the end where we zoom out on slender hands and a keyboard in front of a monitor typing the words "The End". Then the camera pans up to Greg's face (and he is surely wearing his fedora *g*
(After the old Vegas book -mentioned in canon- Greg tried his hand at a Noir Novel in which he mixes his love for classic PI crimes with his own experience as a CSI)

Yeah, I may end up watching it once I get my internet back up and running.

Unfortunately I had high expectations for the episode as well, but now that I've been reading all of these reviews, I don't know what to think anymore. I guess I'll approach it with a grain of salt.
