Maybe you've already read this, because it's one of the classic stories that has been recommended a lot, but with good reason;) Don't Fence Me In (http://wmtdb.zero-creativity.net/beautiful/ViewText.aspx?cid=752&chapter=1) by kennedy_unknown is a very long story about Greg and Nick visiting the Stokes' family farm. (Although technically Greg met Nick's parents before after Grave Danger (there is a reference) and in prequel Return of the old crazy hair (http://wmtdb.zero-creativity.net/beautiful/ViewText.aspx?cid=757&chapter=1) that you should definitely read first;)

Haven't been here in a while so I just saw this. But allow me to recommend some of my favorites. Also, I totally second the fics above.

Anyway, there's "Baby Steps" by catlover2x (http://catlover2x.livejournal.com/62917.html). Of course, all of her stuff is awesome, so I'd recommend anything from that list of her fics.

Additionally, while Where You Are by Ms-Maggs (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3475628/1/Where_You_Are) isn't technically about "meeting the parents," Nick does get to meet Greg's parents and spend time with them. And in the sequel, The Day Before You (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3643756/1/The_Day_Before_You), Greg in turn gets to meet/interact with Nick's family. Both fics are pretty long, but are so worth it.
