The concern and resolve is obvious in both their expressions (and Greg’s wide-eyed look is priceless).

Nick wants to protect his guy from what he’s about to experience, but knows that he has to stand back and let Greg do his job.

Greg is apprehensive and looks to Nick for reassurance, but knows that this is something he has to do on his own.

Definitely a squee-worthy moment.

It is truly rare that two characters can convey so much without uttering a single word, yet their faces truly speak volumes....it shows to me more than just a friendship, they have a whole conversation without uttering a word, how many 'friends' can do that....a truly excellent Love scene

Oh yes, they are the best of the best when it comes to nonverbal communication. I mean, they've been doing it for a few seasons, so it's down to a science now. Just a lovely tidbit with two lovely guys, nothing more to say about that.
