Greg/OMC, Greg/Nick fic?

Hi. I'm looking for a fic where Greg's boyfriend was dying and Greg couldn't bear it, so he distances himself and Nick finds out. Nick befriends the boyfriend who eventually dies and the fic culminates with Greg's prophetic dreaming saving Nick. There's an allusion to Warrick's shooting being foreseen by Greg as well. The end of the plot includes an underwater tussle, off the side of yatch. Does anyone recognise this and if so, could you point me its direction, with a link?
