Hi gang

As mentioned in yesterday’s mod post we, the mods, decided to introduce a new little ‘feature’ to the comm. we hope you get as excited about this as we are already.
You have been begging us for a favourite Ficlist for years now, and we always liked the idea but were a bit worried of how to do it, and also how to avoid that all the same fics would be rec’d. So we came up with the following:
Every month we will give you a topic to which you can let us know your favourite fics. We will create a list of all the fics that have been rec’d.
Some basic rules:

1. fics should meet a general standard of grammar and spelling, and preferably be betad (the mods will go through every rec and check whether the fic is okay)
2. The comments will be screened, meaning just us the mods can actually see them
3. There will be a topic given regarding the content of the fic, so please try to refrain from rec’ing anything that doesn’t qualify for the theme

Now all I have to do is giving you the first Theme and we decided to go with the current spirit:

Valentine’s Day

We invite you to rec any of your favourite and best Valentine Day fics. Please also tell us why you love this fic.
Obviously since Valentine’s Day is on Saturday we would set a deadline for the rec’s to be made up until Friday night/Saturday morning *European central time*

The post itself will get updated with a ficlist, containing all the best stories the NicknGreg fandom has to offer!
