Nick/Greg fic with a side of Gil

Hi All-
I have been looking for this Fic for Months, and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find it. I think the story is Nick/Greg.In the story Greg gets fired from the lab because Grissom throws a tray of samples against the wall and they get messed up. As Greg is leaving the lab, he is shot by a suspect and taken to the hospital. Nick gets very angry with Grissom in the waiting room. If anyone knows the name of this fic and where I could find it, I would be eternally grateful.
