Summary: AU. Greg busts himself out of the hospital, intent on finishing the case off, but not until after he receives another visitor. Mr X sends Stevens along to babysit Greg, which is a good thing since he has to visit Mrs Braun. Finally he and Nick are able to get together. Brass makes an unexpected visit to Greg’s office the next day and gives Greg a sort of a gift, one that is not without repercussions. And finally, we come to the end of this case.
