Need some help

Ok so here's the deal, I have a Nick/Greg fic that I want to post here but idk how to really use lj. Idk how to do the cuts and everything. If anyone can give me a link to a tutorial I would really appreciate it

Cuts etc

Hiya,

As far as I know it's fine to link to ff.net but if you want people to comment in your journal, I'd recommend you post each chapter as a separate journal entry, and then post a link to your journal in this community.

If you switch on rich text when posting, you can highlight everything you want to put behind the cut and then click on LJ cut (icon with jagged line), you can then choose what you want the cut to say. 'story here' or whatever.

When you post in nickngreg, click the link icon, it'll prompt you for the url of your journal post, just copy and paste. If you wanted, then you could post links to all six chapters in one post. (along with your summary, rating, etc).

I'm not a good tutor and only learned this a few months ago myself, I totally sympathise with LJ confusion! Hope this helps a little?
