Looking for Fic

I'm hoping that one of y'all has a better memory than I do; I've been looking for the better part of three hours with no luck.  The really sad part is that I read not too long ago.  Anyway...

I'm fairly certain that the setting is San Francisco.  Nick is a high school teacher/football coach.  Greg joins the faculty as the new chemistry teacher.  They become friends with a lot of UST before their happily ever after begins.  I could spout off tons more details but hopefully this is enough info for someone to point me in the right direction.

Someone had actually asked about that one last month and I hadn't heard of it before, so I read it and it became an instant favorite =)
