Mmmhmm. Tell me about it. It's still better than an 11 train ride (which I've done for holidays and the like, now THAT is torture). Thanks, I'll just have some CSI music playing, or if I'm really desperate, I'll plug in my laptop and play some eps (just the sound, I'm not going to risk driving off the road cause I want to watch Nick and Greg flirt).

I know I'm kinda hi-jacking this thread a bit, but i'm still quite new here. I've been reading CSI slash for about 6 months now, but only recently found this community and the others. I just wasnted to know how i'd go about getting involved in writing? Would I have to join a forum or something? Or is there an administrator I'd have to contact? I'm also quite new to the internet, so please, be gentle with me. I'm hoping you can point me in the right direction.

Anyone can post anything here. All you need to do is have an account, and write it up, and post it. Honestly the worst part for me getting into writing was figuring out this Damn LJ sites and the tags to post, link, Bold, Italics, pictures, and that is still damn hard. Write it up in whatever program you have. I use Works, then when I am satisfied, I save it as an HTML file into a folder, then go to 'update journal' and type out the entry and such, then the hotlink, under the clip stuff, and put in which community you wish to post in, and TA DA, that's it. That's just a brief synopsis, LJ has a lot of helpful places for questions on their site.

My dad and I laughed so hard. It was just how Greg and Nick were so serious; it I were them I would have cracked up on screen.

Gosh, I love Greg's hair like that. *smiles dreamily* And I like how Grissom was more spunky. I liked all his cool pickled-beings fetish.

I never knew Warrick and Brass hated each other so much. Hollywood Brass was really an eyeopener for someone who never knew about their relationship in the first season.

This is the first time I've seen the pilot since it aired originally. Greg was just super hot in this episode. I liked the hair, and I loved the little leather wristband. Not sure why exactly, but when it comes to Greg, I've stopped trying to explain all the *squee* moments. Too many to account for.

A lot has changed since the pilot, especially the Warrick reactions. There was a big deal made out of his race in the pilot, which I thought was unnecessary and unprofessional ("I can tell when a whitey's lying"? Kind of unprofessional, Warrick. And the cops called because a black man was in the judge's neighborhood? Couldn't it have just been becasue of the late hour and the neighbors didn't know him? Why did race have to play a role?) But yes, I think Brass got a little more likeable as the show goes on. And he and Warrick definately worked out their issues.

I think I read once that Greg was only supposed to be in the pilot episode and then dropped from the show. I can't imagine. The show would hardly be worth watching without Greg and hints of Nick/Greg.

Yeah, he was only originally supposed to appear on the pilot, but his character went over so well, the fan base kept asking for me Greg, and now we have our beloved Greg. Our and so dig the icon.

I only have season 1 right now. I've been really broke for about a year, but that's finally starting to change, so I will be buying more soon! XD!

Yeah, Kelly meet credit card debt, this is Kelly. Smart move. Actually I bought mine (except 4) used through ebay. Much cheaper, and I have always had the best luck there, and I got season 1 and 2 for $40 each. It is very hard to find season 2 I found out, most of the bigger stores (Walmart, Best Buy Target) have 3 and 4 but not 2. The places I could find 2 were like Sun Coast at the mall for $100, uh no. I love all my dvd's, but I must admit season 2 is probably my fave, it's a close tie to 3, I love the first disk of 3 "Revenge is Best Served Cold, than Accused in Entitled (an all time fave) Let the Seller Beware, and A little Murder) and then Fight Night Abra Cadaver, Snuff. But season 2 disk 2 "Scubba Doobie Do, Alter Boys (not fave) Caged Slaves of LV " and then second to last one (THe Monk one( where they have "The Look" Chasing the Bus, Stalker and Cat's in teh Cradle (name that chemical compound) love of both, can't go wrong.

I have a couple of friends that work for Alliance Atlantis and can get the seasons for me cheap. My parents got me season 1 for Christmas, so I didn't pay anything.

I am also in the realm of credit card debt. I used to be so good with them, then I needed to pay rent and well, I got bored.
