nickngregHope it's OK to ask about a fic here.
I'm looking for a G/N fic that I read on WMTDB. In it, it looked like Greg might not get to be a CSI because Ecklie wanted Greg to stay in the lab (because he was so good) so he kept pulling Greg off of his cases and forcing into the lab. Ecklie wouldn't sign time sheets (or something like that) so on record, it didn't look like Greg was busy; it just looked like he was fooling around. There was also something about how Greg might be able to pass his proficiency earlier because he'd written a paper or something. Sorry this is so unspecific. Hope someone can tell me what it's called.
