Where Nick flashes Greg the "I Love You" sign? I know that Greg did the "rock on" move, but I don't remember why. And I'm pretty sure that Catherine is working the case with Nick. Does anyone remember? I'm horrid at this sort of thing.

Abra Cadaver, though I'm not sure specifically which episode number it was; Season 3.

Greg flashes the "rock on" sign to Nick and Nick does so in return. At least he attempts to, but it ends up looking like a dorky "I love you" instead. Cute scene.

"I Love You" sign? I never saw Nick flash an "I Love You" sign =S God. I'm terrible. Is the rock signal thing meant to look like an 'I love you'? Is that it? Sorry, I've just never heard it being called that before lol.

Heh, the two signs are very similar. For 'rock on' you put your index finger and pinkie up, for 'I love you' it is index, pinkie, and thumb. I believe the latter is sign language, but I could be wrong. Anyways, in one episode, Greg flashed Nick the 'rock on' hand, and Nick flashed him the 'I love you' hand back (by "accident", lol).

Oh wow, duh. *headdesk* I should have been able to figure that out. I used to be pretty good at sign language, I was in a relationship with someone who was deaf and I got the crash course, but it was a few years ago and my memory is apparently not exactly a steel trap, lol.

And yeah, my question as well. Especially since in a later episode Nick flashes the CORRECT 'rock on' hand, lol. Perhaps they are trying to tell us something, heh.

How you do it usually depends on what program you use. I always used Animation Shop (I believe it's affiliated with PaintShop Pro) when I did icons, but sadly I have no idea where you could find a copy w/o buying it, since I've since gotten a new computer and my brother had found a cracked version for me. As for learning, most programs have a help section that can teach you basic stuff, otherwise you could try searching LJ for icon tutorial comms or even Google.

Ack, for some reason my email didn't send me this comment, otherwise I would have replied sooner, heh. Go right ahead, I'll friend you back, but I must warn you that I tend to ramble/rant/be angsty in my LJ, lol. It's my punching bag, for lack of a better description, heh. If you still want to, it's cool by me, but I'd understand if you didn't want to put up with a total stranger's fits of woe.

I've had three people explain it to me now lol. But thanks, anyway lol. Of course it was accident *rolls eyes*. There's some hidden feelings in that sign ;) (I wish...)
