Nick Stokes strode into his apartment, and was surprised to find Greg's jacket slung over the back of the large, leather, recliner in his living room. He walked toward the bedroom where he found the lab tech sleeping. Nick leaned agains the doorjam for a second, just listening to the soft snoring of the man in bed. He unbuttoned his shirt, disposed of his slacks, socks and shoes along with his watch before he climbed in and wrapped his arms areound Greg's body. He wasn't surprised when Greg rolled over to face him, eyes open.

"Thought you were in L.A. for two more days," Nick commented after receiving a quick kiss.

"Conference ended early for me," Greg said, a  slight slur to his sleep ridden voice, one Nick never tired of hearing, "thought you were at work for another hour."

"Quadruple murder, Gris sent us all home early. So much stuff being processed, he sent us home to prevent boredom and mistakes," Nick yawned, a sleepy grin covering his face, "I'm so wiped."

"Wanna talk?"

"Nah. Just need some shut-eye and you," He said, hugging Greg a little closer, "I really missed you, you know."

"Mmm...me in general, or one specific part?"

"You in general. You know I love you, right?" Nick asked, eyes half-lidded.

"How could I forget that? I love you too, by the way." Greg said, slipping his head into the crook of his lover's neck, a spot it seemed to fit perfectly.

"I knew that." Nick replied before placing a kiss to Greg's head and closing his eyes. His last coherent thought was that Greg looked good with bed-head.
