Is Nick wearing Greg's clothes?

The other day, "A Little Murder" reran on cable, and you remember that scene where Nick is in the theater and he kneels on the stage to try and see things from another perspective? Well, before he kneels, he takes his jacket off, and I swear that's Greg's shirt he's wearing underneath it.



See, in this, you can see how tight it is (and let's face it, Greg's clothes would be pretty snug on Nick) and the logo on the front--what is that, a rock band?



Now, I have this theory involving a morning (or evening, I suppose) in which they overslept, or possibly became distracted while they were getting dressed. Because, you know, half dressed Nick and Greg would sure distract the hell out of me. And somehow, Nick wound up wearing Greg's shirt. Then he covered it with that denim jacket so it wouldn't be quite so obvious, but do you see the way Sara is looking at him in the second picture? She so knows. *g*

Right, so. Just thought I'd share the pretty.

You know, now I'm picturing them when they get home after work, Greg teasing Nick about wearing his shirt and Nick being flustered because he didn't realize. "So that's why everyone kept looking at me funny!"

And then Greg would help Nick take the shirt off. He's helpful that way.

Yeah, it could have just been a mistake, or maybe--okay, how about this? Greg knows that Nick wants to keep their relationship secret, but he gets jealous when other people flirt with Nick, so he distracted Nick and managed to get him into that shirt. Kind of a little subtle message to everyone that he's taken. *g*

Yeah, it was dark, they were 'busy' and late for work, so Nick grabbed the shirt he thought was his on the floor and didn't realize it until he got to work.. Exactly what happened.

I was watching "Pledging Mr. Johnson" the other day (again!) and in the opening where Nick and Warrick are in the locker room, and Nick is getting dressed, and Sara asks him if he's going to wear that shirt. If you go ahead in the epi and the scene where Greg is in the breakroom talking to Grissom and eating ice cream, the shirt he is wearing is almost identical to the one Nick almost wore, except Greg's is short sleeved and has pockets on the front. I found pics and I swear the pattern is the same. Anyone know what I'm talking about??

I'm loveing this conversation and all the clothes sharing that everyone is noticing. Love the cool blue top Nick is wearing of Greg's.
That hoody, I saw that one too, it had stripes on the bottom. They make it far too obvious.

Wouldn't that be cool, if random people on the crew were slashers? It certainly seems that way sometimes; characters assume Gil is gay all the time, after all, and Nick and Greg do flirt quite a bit. Far as I can tell, Warrick's the only straight one there. And possibly Ecklie, but I'd rather not think about that. *g*

See, I'm not sure it'd go both ways. Nick looks great in Greg's clothes, because they're cool and tight and all body-snugging yummy, but would Greg look good in Nick's clothes? Because, let's face it, Nick is not exactly the epitome of style. I think Greg would probably look best not in Nick's clothes. Or his own. Or, you know, any clothes. Naked's a good look for him.
