Icon Competition

Here another new and exciting post from your moderators.

As you've noticed, this community has its weekly and monthly themed posts. These posts already have their own pretty banners, but there's something else that we're missing. Here's where you guys come in. We need themed icons, and we thought it would be a cool idea to make this into a competition.

So how does this work?
For each theme, we need an icon that fits the theme. Remember the themes? Here's a small reminder list:
* Classic Scene
* New Episode
* Poll
* Meme

Rules:

Icons must fit the lj requirements of 100x100 pixels (or smaller.) and less than 40k.

You may post one icon per 'theme'. So that means one icon for the Classic Scene, one for the New Episode etc. etc.

You don't have to make icons for each theme. If you only want to make an icon for say, the Poll, you can.

The icons must have the words of the theme on them. So if you make an icon for the Classic Scene, it must have the words 'Classic Scene' on it.

How and where to post:

You post your icon as a comment to this post. Comments are screened.

What's not allowed:

Don't tell others (not even your flist!) which icon is yours. If we find out you told people, the icon will be disqualified.

We extended the deadline until the end of July and will post the icons for everyone to vote on in August. Be creative!
