We return with the 2nd part for the season 1 poll. The last one for that season actually. Fell free to vote for your favorite and discuss your decision in the comments.
Oh, I can't decide yet. It's a toss up between 1x17 and 1x18. Okay, so they seem to be discussing girls in both episodes, but their real intentions shine through.
Face Lift has Greg confronting Nick: GREG: Don't you ever goof off, huh? Do you ever get a little lost in life? NICK: No. GREG: Well, you should.
And $35K has Nick being romance guy: NICK: But whatever happened to getting to know someone over coffee ... letting the relationship evolve? Romantic is sending flowers not bogarting her skin cells. GREG: Ahh, that's boring.
Ooh and Table Stakes had bouncy Greg and smiling like crazy Nick. Aaargh. I CAN'T PICK JUST ONE!!!! I'm going to think about this a while longer. *sighs*
I have to go with "Table Stakes", I just love that scene and one of my favorite eppy's... plus the smile on Greg's face when Nick says "What up G...", a true classic
These were each great scenes & episodes, but I had to go with Gentle, Gentle. Grissom goes off on Greg (who actually looks rather frightened) while Sara and Nick are watching, and then we see them split off to take care of their respective love interests. ^_^
My first reaction was to go with Table Stakes. The entire scene is wonderful and I adore when Nick calls Greg “G,” but I went with Boom.
There is something incredibly moving about Greg having to process the evidence in a case where the man he loves not only slept with a female prostitute, but it accused of her murder.
In my mind, the boys were still at the flirting stage of their relationship, with Greg being head-over-heels for Nick. I can imagine Greg filled with internal conflict, maybe even jealousy and misplaced betrayal, and still trying his hardest to clear Nick of the murder.
I always get the feeling that there is a twinge of pain in Greg’s voice when he refers to Nick’s sperm as “Nick’s little soldiers.”
I went with Evaluation Day. Greg sure is good with nuts. XD Comment Posted Successfully But as many others said, it was a hard choice. Our boys have so many amazing moments. XD
After a lot of going back and forth I went with Table Stakes; it shows the contrast between the two perfectly with Nick being all serious and focused on the job while Greg is being flirty and bouncy. *sighs*
But I agree with you about Boom; that was such a heartbreaking episode.
