Looking for a quote/episode

I’m trying to find a quote from Warrick who was quoting his grandmother. It went something like this:

 “My grandma used to say, ‘Crazy people can make sane people crazy.’”

 I’d check it for myself, but I can’t remember the episode. It’s one in which a father, in an attempt to get his daughter psychological help,  tries to make it look as though she’s slit her own wrists in a suicide attempt. His plan backfires when the girl dies from the wounds. 

 Does this sound familiar to anyone?
