Hey i'm a lurker here and i remembered a fic i was reading awile ago, i think it was a WIP.

Th only thing i remember is that Greg goes on some kind of trip with a friend of his, turns out that Nick is this friends uncle.

I'm pretty sure this is the story you are looking for. It's an MPREG and there are only 3 chapters posted so I have no idea what the author has in mind.
